VOCAreps provides support for the VOCare mobile application.

1. What You Can Contact Us About
You can contact us about:
- app errors or usability issues
- account sign-in, account linking, or account deletion
- vocabulary, tests, wrong-answer notes, review reminders, or planner features
- privacy questions or privacy rights requests
- purchase, reward, credit, or payment-related questions if those features are available in your app version
2. Helpful Information to Include
To help us review your request faster, include the information below when relevant:
- inquiry type
- email address used to sign in to VOCare
- device and operating system
- app version, if known
- the screen where the issue occurred
- a short description of the problem
- screenshot, if an error screen is shown
- order number or receipt information for purchase-related inquiries
3. Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in the App:
- VOCare App > Settings > Account Management > Delete Account
If you cannot use the App, email us:
Suggested subject: VOCare account deletion request
Please include:
- the email address used to sign in to VOCare
- the app name: VOCare
- a clear request to delete your account and connected data
After deletion is completed, the same account data cannot be restored. Minimal records required for legal, security, anti-abuse, purchase verification, or support reasons may remain for up to 90 days.
4. Payments and Refunds
If purchases are available in your app version, refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by each store's official process.
If a purchase, reward, or credit was not reflected in the App, contact contact@vocareps.com with the order number or receipt information when available.
